  • Technical & Project Data: CAD files, technical drawings, specifications, and NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) submitted for quoting or manufacturing purposes.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing  

We process your data based on the following legal grounds:

  • Contractual Necessity: To provide accurate technical quotes, process purchase orders, execute Custom Machining processes, and manage logistics and invoicing.

We retain your professional contact and billing data for the duration of our active commercial relationship. For compliance with European tax and accounting regulations, invoicing data is securely stored for a mandatory period of 10 years. Technical files and CAD projects associated with completed orders are archived securely for future production runs, unless explicit deletion is requested by the client.
