Multi-Axis CNC Milling (3, 4 & 5-Axis)

From high-speed precision prototyping to heavy-duty large-scale components, our milling department features premium German and Japanese machining centers capable of handling complex geometries in a single setup.

  • 5-Axis Simultaneous Machining: Driven by our DMG DMU 70 and DMU 50 ECO centers. Featuring high-speed spindles up to 18,000 RPM, these machines allow us to manufacture highly intricate aerospace, medical, and mold components with optimal surface finishes and geometric accuracy.
  • Large-Format Milling: Powered by our heavy-duty ANAYAK Vh2200, boasting an extensive working envelope of 1900 x 900 x 900 mm. Ideal for large machinery bases, structural frames, and heavy tool and die plates.
  • High-Efficiency Production: Supported by the DMG Mori-Seiki MILLTAP 700, Doosan Mynx NM 510, and DMG DMC 1035 V (4-Axis), optimized for rapid turnaround, rigid cutting, and high-volume consistency.
  • Maximum Envelope: Up to 1900 mm (Length) x 900 mm (Width) x 900 mm (Height).
  • Typical Tolerances: Standard down to ±0.02 mm.

Advanced CNC Turning (C + Y Axis Process Integration)

Our turning centers eliminate the need for secondary setups by combining turning and high-torque milling on a single platform, reducing production lead times and stack-up errors

  • Mori-Seiki NLX 2500Y: Equipped with a built-in motor turret (BMT) and full C+Y axis capabilities. This machine handles heavy-duty turning and complex off-center milling operations for workpieces up to Ø 400 mm in diameter and 700 mm in length.
  • DMG CTX 310 ECO: High-precision turning center with live tooling, ideal for small to medium batches of tight-tolerance shafts, bushings, and customized fasteners.
  • Process Sparing: Turning capacity from prototyping to medium-batch production with fully synchronized sub-machining capabilities.

High-Precision Electrical Discharge Machining (Wire & Sinker EDM)

For hardened steels, conductive exotic alloys, and geometries impossible to machine with traditional rotary cutters, our EDM department offers contactless, stress-free thermal erosion.

  • CNC Wire EDM (Sodick AD 325 L): Utilizing linear motor drive systems and fine finish circuits to execute sharp internal corners, narrow slots, and taper cuts with extreme dimensional repeatability.
  • CNC Sinker / Die Sinking EDM (Charmilles Roboform 20): Featuring a full C-axis and an automatic electrode changer, optimized for blind cavities, complex mold inserts, and deep rib erosion in hardened materials.
  • Applications: Tool and die manufacturing, specialized mold-making, spline cutting, and post-heat-treatment precision machining.

Quality Assurance & 3D Metrology​

Quality is not an afterthought; it is engineered into our workflow. We provide complete dimensional validation to guarantee your parts match your CAD models precisely.

  • 3D Coordinate Measurement: Powered by FARO GAGE & GAGE-PLUS tridimensional measurement arms. We perform tactile probing directly on-site to inspect geometric tolerances, concentricity, and profile deviations.
  • Traceability & Reports: Upon request, we provide detailed dimensional inspection sheets and metrology reports to support your quality control documentation.
  • Programming & Integrity: Full integration with Mastercam and TopSolid CAD/CAM systems, ensuring your native .STEP, .IGES, or .DXF data is translated directly into toolpaths without conversion errors.
